User data deletion

1. Remove Meta access

You can remove permission in Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations by selecting ArgySolutions and choosing Remove. This prevents new data access but does not automatically delete previously stored information.

2. Request deletion from ArgySolutions

1. Email admin@argysolutions.com from the address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject “Data deletion request”.
3. Include the account email and, when applicable, the name or identifier of the connected business, Page, or Meta account.
4. Never send passwords, access codes, or full card details.

3. Verification and timing

We may request minimal information to verify ownership and prevent fraudulent deletion. We will confirm receipt and normally complete deletion within 30 days.

4. What we delete

We delete or disconnect the account, access tokens, identifiers, and Meta data stored by the application, together with operational information that is no longer necessary. You may also request only that Meta be disconnected.

5. Retention exceptions

We may retain receipts, security records, fraud-prevention data, disputes, and limited-rotation backups for the applicable legal period. This information is restricted and is not used to provide new features.
