1. Controller and scope

ArgySolutions operates the portal and integrations users connect voluntarily, including Meta tools. This policy explains the information we process through our website, portal, and applications.

2. Information we process

We may process names, email addresses, account identifiers, project and domain settings, technical logs, security activity, communications, and billing data. When you connect Meta Business, Facebook, or Instagram, we receive only the data and permissions you authorize. ArgySolutions does not store full card numbers or security codes.

3. Purposes

• Create, authenticate, and protect your account.
• Provide requested features and maintain connected integrations.
• Manage projects, domains, infrastructure, and communications.
• Process payments, renewals, receipts, and support.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and incidents and comply with legal obligations.

4. Meta data

Data obtained through Meta platforms is used only to provide functionality that is visible and authorized by the user. We do not sell it, build unrelated advertising profiles, or share it except with essential service providers, when legally required, or at the user’s direction.

5. Providers and transfers

We share the minimum necessary information with authentication providers, Meta, Paddle or Mercado Pago, infrastructure, email, and monitoring providers. Some may process data outside Argentina under their own policies and security controls.

6. Retention and security

We retain data while the account or integration remains active and for periods required by law, fraud prevention, backups, or disputes. We use access controls, encryption in transit, isolation, and security logs. Integration tokens remain server-side.

7. Your rights and deletion

You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to legal duties and legitimate retention needs. Specific instructions are available on the User data deletion page.

8. Cookies

We use cookies required for sessions, authentication, security, preferences, and portal operation. If we introduce non-essential uses, we will request the appropriate consent.
